Chia Yogurt

I’ve been trying to add more protein to my diet, so I decided to try the viral chia yogurt on social media. Here’s the recipe:

๐Ÿ‘ 3/4 cup yogurt

๐Ÿ‘ 2 tsp chia seeds

๐Ÿ‘ 1 scoop of protein powder

๐Ÿ‘ splash of almond milk

๐Ÿ‘ fruit of choice

Let sit for 10 mins.
