I’ve been trying to add more protein to my diet, so I decided to try the viral chia yogurt on social media. Here’s the recipe:
๐ 3/4 cup yogurt
๐ 2 tsp chia seeds
๐ 1 scoop of protein powder
๐ splash of almond milk
๐ fruit of choice
Let sit for 10 mins.
